To create a delicious and unique dish, we start with the pasta, which we will boil halfway according to the instructions on the package. It is important not to cook them completely, as they will continue to cook during the final boiling process. Once they reach this stage, we carefully drain them and let them cool a bit.

In parallel, we prepare the sauce that will accompany this dish. We take fresh tomatoes and chop them finely, making sure to remove the seeds to achieve a smoother sauce. We add red hot peppers, which will provide a spicy taste and intense aroma. It is recommended to adjust the amount of peppers according to personal preferences to achieve the desired level of spiciness. Additionally, we will add a boiled carrot, which we previously chopped, to bring a sweet note and pleasant texture to the sauce. We mix all the ingredients in a pot, adding olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. We let the sauce simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the flavors blend harmoniously.

To prepare the filling, we use ground meat, which we season with salt, pepper, and other preferred spices, such as garlic or paprika, for added flavor. It is essential to ensure that the meat is well-seasoned to provide an intense taste to the final dish.

The next step is to prepare for assembly. We spread a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. On this wrap, we place an even layer of pasta, followed by a layer of seasoned meat, and then another layer of pasta. It is important to distribute the ingredients evenly to achieve a uniform roll. We carefully roll the wrap, tightening the ends to seal the filling well. The wrap will not only help maintain the shape but also prevent the dish from drying out.

We poke a few holes with a toothpick on the surface of the roll to allow steam to escape during boiling. We place the roll in boiling water for about 20 minutes. After that, we remove the roll from the water and let it cool to facilitate cutting.

Once cooled, we carefully unwrap the plastic wrap and cut the roll into thick slices. We place these slices carefully on a platter, on top of the previously prepared sauce. We garnish with fresh green basil leaves, which not only add a pleasant visual aspect but also provide a fresh aroma. This dish is perfect to be served as an appetizer or main course, being a delicious combination of textures and flavors.
