Delicious meatballs and potato dumplings are dishes that can transform an ordinary meal into a true culinary feast. We start by preparing the meatballs, a dish that is not only tasty but also very filling. In a pan with hot oil, add the peeled and diced tomatoes along with the coarsely chopped onion. Cook these ingredients until the onion becomes soft and fragrant, then let the mixture cool. In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat with the oatmeal and half of the cooled onion mixture. Add the milk, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar, then season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley. Mix the ingredients well, then knead them carefully. It is important to let the mixture chill for at least 60 minutes so that it is easier to shape.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven. Form medium-sized meatballs and place them in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle them with a little oil to give them a golden crust. Dilute the tomato paste with water, add spices to taste, and dissolve the sugar in it. Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs and place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for about an hour at medium heat until the meatballs are browned and the sauce thickens slightly.

In the meantime, we can prepare the potato dumplings. Boil the potatoes with their skins, then peel and mash them well. Add the eggs, grated cheese, chopped greens, and two tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then shape the dumplings with wet hands. Place them in another greased baking dish and bake them in the preheated oven until they are slightly browned.

For the tomato sauce, sauté a little flour in a tablespoon of hot oil, then extinguish it with the diluted broth. Add the sugar and let it boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens. Pour the hot sauce over the potato dumplings in the dish, evenly sprinkle grated cheese on top, and leave in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to gratin.

Finally, prepare the garlic sauce. Crush the garlic with salt until it becomes a fine paste, then gradually add oil while mixing vigorously. Optionally, you can add lemon juice. Incorporate the sour cream or yogurt, tomato, and greens, mixing well.

Serve the dish warm, plating the meatballs alongside the potato dumplings and garlic sauce. Don't forget to sprinkle a little chopped green parsley on top for an extra touch of freshness and flavor. This delicious combination will surely delight the taste buds of everyone who enjoys it.
