Ingredients:
- 4 eggs

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- 4-5 cups of flour
- 1 chocolate bar (about 100g)

Instructions:

1. Preparing the ingredients: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. The eggs will be easier to beat and will incorporate better into the mixture.

2. Beating the eggs: In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until you obtain a frothy and light-colored mixture. This step is essential for fluffy cookies.

3. Adding the oil: Add the oil gradually, mixing constantly. This will help emulsify the ingredients and make the cookies more tender.

4. Incorporating the flour and nuts: Sift the flour gradually into the mixture. Incorporate the ground nuts as well. It's important not to overmix to avoid developing gluten and creating tough cookies.

5. Shaping the cookies: Using a pastry syringe or a spoon, form small portions of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. There's no need to grease the tray, as the cookies won’t stick.
