Bean Soufflé

 Ingredients: -400 g beans -4 eggs -1 cup milk (250 ml) -100 g butter -2 tablespoons flour (starch) -100 g cheese -salt -pepper

Generously sprinkle grated cheese on top, which will form a delicious golden crust. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the dish in the oven.
