To prepare a delicious recipe for nut pretzels, we start by creating a fluffy and aromatic dough. In a large container, we combine all the necessary ingredients for the dough. We gradually add the flour, mixing continuously until we obtain a homogeneous but not sticky composition. It is important to ensure that the dough becomes elastic and easily separates from the walls of the bowl. Once the dough is ready, we cover it with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place, preferably near a heat source, such as an oven preheated to a minimum. We patiently wait until the dough triples in volume, a process that can take between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the temperature.

After the dough has risen, we divide it into 40 equal pieces. It is essential to have a steady hand and a sharp knife to obtain uniform portions. We take each piece and roll it out on a floured surface, forming a rectangular sheet approximately 25 cm by 10 cm. At one end of the sheet, we add a delicious filling made from ground nuts, mixed with sugar and flavors such as vanilla or lemon zest to enhance the taste.

We carefully roll the sheet with the filling inside, forming a tight roll. Then, we join the ends of the roll to form a pretzel, and with a gentle twist, we shape the dough into a figure 8. We place the pretzels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have enough space between them to rise. We cover the tray again with a cloth and let the pretzels rise for about 30 minutes until they become fluffy.

Finally, we brush each pretzel with a drizzle of oil to give them a golden and appetizing crust. We preheat the oven to a low temperature and, once it is ready, we place the tray with pretzels inside. We bake for about 20 minutes, watching them closely until they turn golden brown and beautifully risen. The flavors will merge, and the final result will be a delicious dessert, perfect to be enjoyed alongside a cup of tea or coffee. These nut pretzels are not only a treat for the taste buds but also a true visual feast!
