Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of chicken breast with bone and skin
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 parsley root
- 1 celery root
- 1 trout root
- 300 g sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 3 chicken-flavored Maggi cubes
- Juice of one lemon
- Oil
- Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Start by preparing the base soup. In a large pot, add the chicken breast, half of the onion, carrots, bell pepper, parsley, celery, and trout. Cover the ingredients with water and add salt to taste. Place the pot on low heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

2. When the chicken breast is almost cooked, crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

3. Once the soup is ready, strain the liquid and keep it. Remove the boiled vegetables and discard them, as you will not use them in the soup. Separately, in the emptied pot, add a little oil and sauté the remaining grated carrot along with the other half of the finely chopped onion. Sauté for a few minutes until golden.

4. Add the boiled chicken cubes to the pot and pour in the strained soup. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add the lemon juice, which will give the soup a fresh note.

5. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the egg yolks. Gradually add the hot soup to this mixture to temper the sour cream. Then, pour everything back into the soup, stirring constantly to avoid coagulating the eggs.

6. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and debone it. Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to the soup. Let the soup boil a few times, then turn off the heat.

7. Rădăuți soup is served hot, along with pickled hot peppers or drops for an extra flavor boost.

- If you want to enrich the soup's aroma even more, you can add a bay leaf or a few peppercorns during cooking.
