To prepare a delicious and healthy salad, we will start by preparing the essential ingredients. Next, we take care of the other ingredients. The pickled cucumbers, with their unmistakable flavor, are sliced into fine rounds, and the bell peppers are sliced into short and thin pieces to add a crunchy texture to the salad. The olives, rich in healthy fats, are also prepared; we remove the pits and slice them carefully, making sure to preserve their intense flavor.
