To prepare a delicious meat dish with peaches or mango, start by choosing chicken or pork, depending on your preferences. Cut the meat into suitable pieces so that it cooks evenly and absorbs the flavors well. Choose a deep frying pan and place it over medium heat. Add a few tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil, and when it is well heated, add the meat.

Meanwhile, peel a large onion and chop it into small cubes. Add the onion to the pan, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Let the meat and onion sauté together for about 15-20 minutes, until the onion turns golden and the meat is well browned. This process will intensify the flavors and give a pleasant texture to the dish.

After the meat and onion are sautéed, add a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of curry. Mix everything well to combine the flavors. Add the broth to the pan, along with salt and white pepper to taste.

Peel the peaches and cut them into cubes, then add them to the pan. If you prefer a more exotic taste, you can replace the peaches with mango, which will give a sweet-sour note to the dish. Let everything simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, which may take between 10 and 15 minutes.

When the sauce is almost ready, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well to achieve a creamy texture and rich flavor. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.

To serve, prepare boiled rice. Rice is the perfect choice as it absorbs the delicious sauce and complements the dish. Place a generous portion of rice on a plate, and on top, add the meat mixture with sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a more attractive appearance and a note of freshness.
