To prepare a delicious meal of stuffed pancakes with minced meat, you will need the following ingredients. Make sure you have 500 grams of minced meat (you can use pork, beef, or a combination), one large onion, 3-4 cloves of garlic, a bunch of fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste, as well as 2 tablespoons of corn flour and 200 ml of milk. Also, don't forget the ingredients for the pancakes: 250 g of flour, 2 eggs, 500 ml of milk, a teaspoon of salt, and a tablespoon of oil.

The first step in preparing this dish is to deal with the filling. In a deep pan, add a tablespoon of oil and sauté the finely chopped onion over medium heat. When the onion becomes translucent, add the minced meat. Mix well and let it cook until the liquid released by the meat evaporates completely. This is an important moment because a filling that is too wet can affect the consistency of the pancakes.

After the liquid has evaporated, add the crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and let them combine for a few minutes over the heat. Then, in a separate bowl, dissolve the 2 tablespoons of corn flour in the remaining milk. Add this mixture to the pan and stir vigorously to avoid lumps forming. Let the mixture boil for a few minutes until it thickens slightly, then remove it from the heat.

Now that the filling is ready, move on to preparing the pancakes. In another bowl, mix the flour with the milk, eggs, and salt until you obtain a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly. Cook the pancake on each side for a few minutes until it becomes golden.

Once you have prepared all the pancakes, fill them with the meat mixture and carefully roll them up. Place the stuffed pancakes in a baking dish. If you wish, you can add a tomato sauce or sour cream on top for extra flavor. Put the dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and let the pancakes brown for 15-20 minutes.

After they have developed a golden crust, take them out of the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve the pancakes warm, sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley, alongside a green salad. Enjoy your meal!
