To prepare a refined and delicious dessert, we start with blackberry jam. Choose between 300 and 400 grams of fresh blackberries, making sure they are well-ripened and aromatic. Wash them with cold water and let them drain. In a saucepan, add the blackberries along with 150 grams of sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar. Mix the ingredients and place the saucepan over medium heat. Let the mixture boil for a few minutes until the blackberries release their juice, but do not boil too much to keep the jam's liquid consistency. Once the jam is ready, let it cool.

While the jam cools, we prepare the cream. Separate the five eggs, being careful not to mix the yolks with the whites. Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl until a firm foam forms. In another bowl, mix the yolks with five tablespoons of sugar, beating them well until they become a white and fluffy cream. Add the mascarpone, mixing gently to avoid lumps. Once the mascarpone is well incorporated, add the beaten egg whites and a packet of vanilla sugar, mixing carefully to retain the air in the mixture.

Now, we are ready to assemble the dessert. Take a baking dish and spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom. Then place the ladyfingers, which you spread with the warm jam. Distribute some blackberries on top, and then sprinkle the amaretti cookies, which will add a crunchy and aromatic note. Continue with another layer of cream, repeating the process until all ingredients are used, ensuring that the last layer is of ladyfingers.

On the last layer of ladyfingers, apply jam again, followed by some blackberries and a generous layer of cream. Finally, sprinkle amaretti cookies and decorate with some fresh blackberries for an attractive appearance. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours for the flavors to meld and set. This dessert will surely become the star of the meal, being a true treat for loved ones. Serve with pleasure!
