To prepare a delicious mushroom dish, we start with the essential ingredients: fresh mushrooms, onion, garlic, green parsley, oil, salt, pepper, and spices to taste. The first step is to carefully clean the mushrooms, removing any impurities or dirt. After cleaning them, we wash them under a stream of cold water to ensure they are perfectly clean. Then, we slice them thinly so that they cook evenly and retain their flavor.

In a frying pan or deep pot, we heat 100 ml of oil, being careful not to let it get too hot to avoid burning the ingredients. We add the finely chopped onion, and its aroma will start to fill the kitchen. We sauté it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent and slightly golden. This process will enhance the flavor of the onion and add depth to the dish.

After the onion has sautéed, we add the sliced mushrooms. It is important to season them with salt and a little Delikat to bring out the natural flavors. We mix well so that the mushrooms are evenly coated with the spices. At this point, the mushrooms will start to release their juices, and we will cover the pot with a lid, reducing the heat to low. We let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.

After the time has passed, we will add the crushed garlic, which will give a flavorful touch to the dish, and the finely chopped green parsley. We also add ground pepper to taste for an extra flavor boost. We continue to cook until all the liquid released by the mushrooms evaporates completely, and the ingredients blend harmoniously, creating a tasty and appetizing mixture.

This mushroom dish can be served with boiled rice, which will absorb the flavorful juice, or alongside a fresh vegetable salad. Everyone can add their favorite ingredients, thus customizing the dish.
