Yogurt and Apricot Cake

Make sure you have fresh eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt, flour, baking soda, and of course, juicy and aromatic apricots on hand. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius so that it is ready to bake the cake as soon as the mixture is ready.
The first step in making this cake is to separate the eggs. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar.
