I washed the jars, even though they were already washed and had the lids on, I dried and simultaneously sterilized them in the oven. I did this in two batches. I filled them halfway with fruit, added two heaping tablespoons of sugar in the small jars and three in the large ones, then filled them with water, making sure to leave about two fingers' width empty. I placed them in the oven tray, side by side, unwrapped in paper, and added about three cups of water to the tray. I ended up with 34 small jars and 9 large ones. After washing the jars, I put them in the tray, mouth up, and left them for about 10 minutes at the second level (my oven has 3 levels - I don't know the temperature). The oven was not preheated. The jars dry and get very hot during this time, sterilizing them. The small jars are 370g, and the large ones are 820g. In the small jars, the tablespoons of sugar were slightly heaping, while in the large jars, they were full with a peak. They come out quite sweet, the fruits are perfect, I didn't add any preservatives or anything else. After placing them in the tray, I poured in cold water simply with a cup. Once the water in the tray started to boil, I turned on the light in the oven and saw that the water in the jars was also bubbling, indicating it had started to boil.
