To prepare a delicious zucchini strudel, start by mixing the flour with salt and water until you obtain an elastic dough. Make sure to use flour to dust the table and the rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking. While you deal with the sheets, prepare the zucchini filling. Mix all these ingredients well so that the zucchinis are evenly coated.

Then, take each strudel sheet and brush it with a brush soaked in oil. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over each sheet, leaving a margin of about 2 cm on all sides to allow for easy rolling. Roll the sheet like a pancake, being careful not to tear it. Finally, use the tip of a knife or even kitchen scissors to make a few slits on each roll, so that steam can escape during baking.

Place the strudel rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with oil on top, for a golden and crispy crust. Preheat the oven to medium temperature and place the tray inside. Let the strudel bake until it becomes golden and appetizing, about 25-30 minutes. When they are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool slightly before cutting. You can serve the strudel warm as an appetizer or cold as a snack. This simple and delicious recipe will surely bring a smile to the faces of those who enjoy it!
