- 1 bunch of fresh dill

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Start by preparing all the ingredients. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and grate the carrot. You can puree the tomatoes with a blender or use a grater, being careful to remove the skin. Cut the chicken into small pieces so that it cooks evenly and absorbs the flavors from the sauce.
Step 2: Sauté the vegetables
In a large skillet or deep pot, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it becomes transparent. Then, add the carrot and bell pepper and continue to sauté the mixture for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Cook the chicken
Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Sauté the chicken together with the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until it turns slightly golden. After that, pour in hot water to cover the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
