The savory bread with ham, cheese, and olives is a delicious choice for an appetizer or a tasty snack. This easy-to-make recipe will bring a smile to your face and pleasantly surprise all your loved ones. We start by preparing the necessary ingredients for a perfect bread that is tender and aromatic.

To begin, we take 200 grams of ham and cut it into equal-sized cubes so that it integrates evenly into the dough. This will provide a salty and savory flavor to the bread. Then, we choose 150 grams of cheese, which can be cottage cheese, feta, or any other preferred type, and cut it into similar cubes. Last but not least, we add 100 grams of green or black olives, which we slice thinly. These ingredients will add a pleasant texture and unmistakable flavor.

In a large bowl, we put 3 eggs, add a pinch of salt and a bit of freshly ground pepper to give it a special taste. We beat the eggs well until they become frothy and homogeneous. Then, we start gradually adding 200 ml of milk and 50 ml of oil, continuing to mix until the composition becomes uniform and smooth.

Now, it’s time to integrate the dry ingredients. We add 250 grams of flour and 1 packet of baking powder, homogenizing everything with a spatula or a wooden spoon. When the dough becomes homogeneous, we carefully incorporate the cubes of ham, cheese, and slices of olives. We stir gently to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed in the mixture.

We now prepare the loaf pan by greasing it with a little butter or oil, or lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking. We pour the mixture into the pan, leveling it with a spatula to achieve an even surface. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and once it reaches the desired temperature, we place the loaf pan in the oven. We let the bread bake for about 40 minutes or until it turns golden and passes the toothpick test.

After it is baked, we take the bread out of the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing it. Served warm or cold, this savory bread will surely be a hit at any meal or party. Enjoy your meal!
