Chicken with Marjoram

In a deep skillet, we heat 200 ml of oil, making sure it is well heated before adding the chicken. After the chicken has taken on a beautiful color, we deglaze the dish with 100 ml of white wine, which will add a note of acidity and enrich the flavor. Once all the ingredients are in the skillet, we add enough water to completely cover the chicken. This step is essential for allowing the meat to cook slowly and evenly. It is important to check occasionally, and if we notice that the liquid is reducing too much, we can add a little water.

The prepared chicken is served hot, alongside a creamy mashed potato that will perfectly complement the dish. Make sure to pour the remaining sauce over the meat to amplify the flavor.
