Total time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Number of servings: 12

Ingredients:
For Layer 1:
- 10 eggs
- 10 tablespoons of sugar
- 10 tablespoons of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 400 g roasted, chopped almonds
- 800 g white chocolate
- 200 ml whipped cream

For Layer 2:
- 5-6 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons of flour

For the Cream:
- 1 l whipped cream
- 400 g white chocolate
- 15 g gelatin
- 200 g roasted, chopped almonds
- Vanilla essence to taste

For Decoration:
- 500 g whipped cream
- 1 box of Raffaelo candies
- Coconut flakes for decoration

Preparation:

Step 1: Preparing Layer 1
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C. Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour.
2. In a large bowl, beat the 10 eggs with the 10 tablespoons of sugar until you obtain a fluffy, light-colored mixture.
3. Gently fold in the 10 tablespoons of flour and the baking powder, mixing lightly to avoid losing air in the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
5. When the layer has cooled, use a knife to create a hollow in the center, removing the core. This will be mixed with the white chocolate and almonds.

Step 2: Preparing Layer 2
1. In another bowl, beat 5-6 egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
2. Gradually add 200 g of sugar, continuing to beat until you obtain a glossy meringue.
3. Gently fold in the shredded coconut and the 3 tablespoons of flour with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into another pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.

Step 3: Preparing the Cream
1. In a saucepan, melt 400 g of white chocolate together with a splash of whipped cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. When the chocolate is warm, add the previously hydrated gelatin in cold water, mixing well.
3. In another bowl, whip 1 liter of cream with the vanilla essence and a bit of sugar until you obtain stiff peaks.
4. When the chocolate mixture has cooled almost completely, gently fold in the whipped cream.

Step 4: Assembly
1. Fill the hollow in Layer 1 with the mixture of core, roasted almonds, and white chocolate.
2. Pour the white chocolate cream over Layer 1, then place Layer 2 on top.
3. Refrigerate the cake to set the cream for at least 2 hours.

Step 5: Decoration
1. Whip the 500 g of cream until stiff and use it to decorate the cake.
2. Place the Raffaelo candies on the surface of the cake and sprinkle coconut flakes to create a 'snow' effect.
3. If desired, add other colorful candies for an extra festive look.
