These cheeses add not only a rich taste but also a special aroma to the dish. In a large bowl, we beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding a pinch of salt to help stabilize them. It is important to achieve a light foam that will contribute to the aeration of the dough.
One by one, we start incorporating the beaten yolks, flour, sour cream, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, telemea, mushrooms, chopped pepper, green onion, and ham cubes. Each ingredient must be mixed carefully, ensuring we obtain a homogeneous mixture. At the end, we taste the mixture and adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
We prepare a loaf pan, lining it with parchment paper, and then carefully pour in the obtained mixture. It is important to level the surface to ensure even baking. We preheat the oven to a medium temperature and place the pan inside for about 50 minutes. It is essential to check if the cake is baked, and the surface should be nicely browned.
