To prepare a delicious banana and chocolate loaf, start by peeling the bananas. It is important to sprinkle them with lemon juice immediately after peeling, as this step helps prevent the fruit from oxidizing, keeping it a beautiful color and fresh taste.

In a large bowl, cream the soft butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Use a spatula or a mixer on medium speed to mix the ingredients until the mixture becomes homogeneous and the butter melts, perfectly combining with the sugar. Then, add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition to achieve a smooth emulsion. Next, add the salt and milk, mixing constantly. These ingredients will provide moisture and a pleasant taste to the loaf.

Sifting the flour together with the baking powder is an essential step, as aerating the flour will ensure a light and fluffy texture. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated. Don’t forget to add the chopped chocolate into small pieces, which will partially melt during baking, providing an intense flavor and an attractive appearance to the loaf.
