- 2 l water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower oil

Step-by-step preparation:

1. Start by preparing the chicken. Put water in a large pot (about 2 liters) and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the chicken. Boil the meat for 10-15 minutes, then remove it and let it cool slightly. This step will help eliminate impurities and make the soup clearer.

2. In the same pot, add the 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the finely chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent. This step will add a delicious flavor to the base of your soup.
