*For the glaze:*
- Powdered sugar mixed with lemon juice
- Food coloring (optional, to achieve peach shades)

Preparation:

1. Preparing the dough: In a large bowl, mix the sugar and oil well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, add the water, ammonium bicarbonate dissolved in lemon juice, and vanilla essence. This step is important as the ammonium bicarbonate will help the dough rise and give it a fluffy texture.
