Stuffed Mushrooms
To prepare these stuffed mushroom appetizers, we start by ensuring that the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The first step is to carefully clean the mushrooms. We wash each mushroom under a stream of cold water, making sure to remove any impurities. After washing them, we gently detach the stems, which we will chop into small cubes to integrate into the filling.
The next ingredient, the onion, is peeled, washed in cold water, and finely chopped. The chopped onion will add a savory flavor to the dish. We now prepare the chicken breast, which we wash well and cut into small cubes for even cooking.
In a pan, we heat the oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, we add the chopped onion and sauté it, stirring constantly, until it becomes golden and fragrant. Then, we add the chicken breast cubes and let them cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat changes color and becomes opaque.
After the chicken breast is cooked, we add the chopped mushroom stems along with the peeled tomatoes, which we cut into cubes. We season the mixture with salt, pepper, and curry to taste, to give it an extra flavor. We let the composition simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the juice reduces and the ingredients blend harmoniously, which will take about 10-15 minutes.
With this delicious mixture, we fill the mushroom caps, being careful not to overfill them to avoid spilling during baking. We place the stuffed mushrooms in a tray, which we put in the preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius. We let them bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms become tender and fragrant.
After the tiramisu is ready, we take the tray out of the oven and place a piece of cheese on each mushroom, which will melt beautifully. We put the tray back in the oven for another 30 seconds, just enough for the cheese to melt.
Finally, we sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top for a fresh and attractive appearance. Our appetizers are now ready to be served, being not only delicious but also visually appealing, perfect for any occasion. Enjoy them with your loved ones!
