To plate the dish, use a plating ring on a platter or plate. First, carefully pour the spaghetti, making sure to form an even circle. In the center of this, place the couscous and vegetable mixture.

Now, let’s take care of the spicy sauce. In a small bowl, combine the hot pepper paste with a little olive oil and mix well. You can adjust the amount of hot pepper paste depending on how spicy you want the sauce to be. Carefully pour this sauce at the base of the dish, creating a contrast of colors and flavors.

To finish, sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley on top of the dish, adding a touch of freshness and color. You can drizzle everything with a little olive oil for extra flavor.
