Mix the eggs with mayonnaise, which will provide a pleasant creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring that the flavor is balanced. This cream will bring a note of freshness and will complement the other ingredients.
Cream number 3 is a nourishing and savory combination. Mix a can of cheese with 100 grams of melted cheese and spinach puree, which brings a vibrant green and a slightly sweet taste. After preparing the three creams, proceed to assemble the dish. Remove the crusts from the slices of bread and cut each slice into three approximately equal parts. Choose a round mold that you will line with plastic wrap, making it easier to remove the dish at the end. Place the slices of bread on the walls of the mold, alternating between white and graham slices, for an attractive appearance and a variety of flavors. Place a layer of bread on the bottom of the mold to create a solid base.
Pour cream number 1 and level it well. Cover with a new layer of sliced bread and add cream number 2, being careful to distribute it evenly. After covering it with slices of bread, add cream number 3, which will add a final note of flavor. Cover everything with the last round of bread slices, then wrap the mold in plastic wrap. Place the dish in the refrigerator to cool and set overnight. This way, all the flavors will blend perfectly, and the dish will be easy to portion and serve.
