Preparation time: 20 minutes
Rising time: 2 hours
Baking time: 8 minutes
Total time: 2 hours and 28 minutes
Number of servings: 6

Ingredients for the dough:
- 450 g wheat flour (preferably type 00 for a fine texture)
- 250 ml warm water
- 25 g fresh yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Ingredients for the topping:
- 200 g tomato paste (or zacuscă for an interesting variation)
- 200 g salami, diced
- 1 can of mushrooms, drained
- 200 g sweet corn
- 150 g feta cheese (or another preferred cheese)
- 150 g cheese, sliced thinly
- Olives, to taste
- Oregano, for flavor

Dough preparation:
1. Start by activating the yeast: in a bowl with warm water, add the teaspoon of sugar and the yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foam forms on the surface, indicating that the yeast is active.
2. In a large bowl, place the flour and make a well in the center. Here, add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and salt.
3. Using a fork, mix the ingredients in the center of the bowl, gradually pulling in the flour from the edges until the dough begins to form.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth. Add the oregano in the last minutes of kneading to release its aroma.
5. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours until it doubles in size.

Baking:
1. Once the dough has risen, prepare the pan. Remove excess oil and grease the pan with a paper towel soaked in olive oil. Cover the pan with a lid and place it over medium heat to warm up.
2. Divide the dough into 5-6 equal balls. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into circular shapes, the size of the pan.
3. When the pan is well heated, place one base inside and cover it again with a lid. Let it bake for about 4 minutes.
4. Flip the base using a spatula and spread it with tomato paste. Add the diced salami, mushrooms, and corn, then crumble the feta cheese on top, followed by olives and oregano.
5. Place the slices of cheese on top and cover the pan again for another 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the base is nicely browned.

Serving:
Pan pizza is served hot, cut into generous slices. You can add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves for extra flavor. This recipe is perfect for a quick dinner or a tasty lunch and can be customized with your favorite vegetables or other types of cheese.

Variations:
To add a unique flavor, experiment with different toppings such as bell peppers, Kalamata olives, or feta cheese. You can also turn the pan pizza into a vegetarian dish by replacing the salami with zucchini or fried eggplant.

Now that you have all the details at hand, all that's left is to start cooking and enjoy a delicious pizza made with love!
