To obtain a delicious and savory dish, we start by preparing the main ingredients. The carrots, onion, and potatoes are carefully peeled and then cut into quarters to cook evenly. These vegetables will not only add flavor but also a special appearance to the final dish. The turkey breast, a healthy and easy-to-cook meat, is divided into two larger pieces. Each piece is cut horizontally to obtain a thinner layer of meat, ideal for stuffing. To spread them evenly, we use a meat mallet, gently pounding the meat. This technique not only helps tenderize the meat but also creates a perfect space for the stuffing.

Once we have obtained a flattened piece of meat, it is important to lightly score it with the blade of a knife or the opposite side of the meat mallet, being careful not to go through to the other side of the meat. Seasoning is essential; we add salt, vegeta, pepper, and mixed pepper to give an intense and aromatic flavor. On each seasoned piece, we sprinkle grated cheese mixed with fresh dill, which will provide a fresh note and a special aroma. It is important to distribute the stuffing evenly on both pieces of meat.

Once we have stuffed the pieces of meat with cheese, we carefully roll them up, forming a tight roll, which we tie with string, ensuring that the stuffing will not unfold during baking. After carefully tying the meat rolls, we season them again on top and lightly drizzle with soy sauce, which will add an umami flavor and enhance the aromas.

In a baking tray, we place the stuffed turkey breast, and next to it, beautifully arranged, we place the cut vegetables. We add oil and water halfway up the pieces of meat, along with a few peppercorns and sprigs of thyme, which will flavor the dish. The tray is placed in the oven at a moderate temperature.

During baking, when the meat starts to brown, we turn the turkey pieces, drizzling them again with soy sauce to maintain moisture and intensify the flavors. It is important to keep in mind that soy sauce is slightly salty, so adjust the seasonings to taste.

When the turkey breast has browned nicely, we carefully remove the string and grate a little cheese on top to create a delicious crust. We turn off the oven and let the turkey breast rest a bit inside the oven until the cheese melts slightly, creating a savory golden crust. The dish is now ready to be served, bringing not only a portion of goodness to the table but also an unforgettable experience for those who enjoy it!
