- 300 g fresh mushrooms (champignon or pleurotus are ideal)
- 3 boiled potatoes with skin
- 2 boiled carrots (you can use chicken broth for a richer taste)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 green onions (use only the green tops for a milder flavor)
- 200 g fresh parsley (optional, but recommended for flavor)
- 150 g grated cheese
- 150 g turkey ham (can be diced or grated)
- 200 ml homemade mayonnaise (from 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon mustard, and 100 ml oil)
- 200 ml sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional, for added flavor)
- 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic or wine vinegar

Preparation steps:

1. Cleaning and marinating the mushrooms: Start by cleaning the mushrooms under cold running water, then slice them. Prepare a marinade of water, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic, and bay leaf. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and let them rest for 2 hours. This step will enhance the flavor of the mushrooms.

2. Boiling the mushrooms: After the mushrooms have marinated, boil them for 10 minutes in the same water they marinated in. This will make them more tender and flavorful.

3. Preparing the ingredients: While the mushrooms are boiling, peel and grate the boiled potatoes, carrots, and eggs. The green onions can be sliced into rounds, and the parsley, if you decide to use it, should be finely chopped.

4. Assembling the salad: In a large bowl, place plastic wrap to facilitate the removal of the salad after it has cooled. Start with a layer of marinated mushrooms, followed by the green onions and parsley. Sprinkle a layer of grated potatoes, lightly salting and pressing down with a spoon to achieve a compact appearance.
