To prepare a delicious and healthy recipe with Swiss chard and rice, we start by thoroughly washing the Swiss chard leaves, ensuring we remove any impurities. After washing, we place them in a pot of water and add a teaspoon of salt. We boil the Swiss chard for about 10 minutes until the leaves become tender and lose some volume. Once the Swiss chard is boiled, we drain it well and let it cool a bit so we can chop it finely without burning ourselves.

Meanwhile, we take care of preparing the rice. In a deep pan, we put a tablespoon of olive oil and add a finely chopped onion.
