After it is cooked, we drain the water and mix it with the onion and mushroom mixture, ensuring that each grain of rice is coated with the flavors of the vegetables.

Now, let's take care of the meat. In a pan, we heat the remaining oil and add diced meat. We sauté the meat until it becomes golden and its juice evaporates completely. We season with salt and pepper, making sure each piece is well seasoned.

In a baking dish, we begin to build the layers. We place the first layer of sautéed cabbage, followed by a layer of meat, then a layer of the mushroom and rice mixture.
