Refreshing Smoothie
Ingredients: - 1 banana - 4 large strawberries - 1 peach yogurt - 1 glass of ice - 1/2 glass of orange juice
To prepare a delicious and refreshing drink, we start with the basic ingredients. You will need a quality blender that allows you to achieve a smooth and homogeneous texture. So, gather the following ingredients: 200 g of fresh strawberries, 1 ripe banana, 250 ml of natural yogurt or an alternative, 2 tablespoons of honey for added sweetness, and optionally, a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
Start by washing the strawberries under a stream of cold water, making sure to remove any impurities. Remove the stems and cut the strawberries in half or quarters, depending on their size. Then, slice the banana into rounds, leaving a few slices aside for decorating the drink.
Once you have prepared all the ingredients, add the strawberries and banana to the blender, followed by the natural yogurt.
