To prepare a delicious and healthy recipe, we will start with the preparation of the ingredients. The first step is to clean the carrots. They should be washed well under a stream of cold water, then peeled with a sharp knife. Once peeled, we will cut them into thin rounds, so they cook evenly and integrate perfectly into the dish.

The next step is to take care of the green onion. It should be washed, and after washing, we will cut off the top and the root. The onion will be finely chopped, making sure to use both the white part and the green part, as both bring a fresh and aromatic flavor to the dish.

Now we turn our attention to the dill. This is an essential ingredient that will add extra flavor and highlight the taste of the salmon. We will finely chop the dill, being careful not to leave large pieces, so that the flavor distributes evenly in the dish.

Next, we will boil the bean noodles according to the instructions on the package. It is important to respect the boiling time to achieve a perfect texture. Once boiled, we will drain them and add them to a bowl, over the carrot rounds.

Now we add the sour cream, which will bring a creamy element and bind all the ingredients, and half of the chopped green onion. We mix everything carefully so that each ingredient is well incorporated.

The next step is to take care of our delicious parcels. We brush a baking paper with melted butter and place a quarter of the noodle mixture in the center. At this moment, we sprinkle a quarter of the amount of watercress, which will add a special flavor.

On top, we place a piece of salmon, which will be the star of our dish. We sprinkle with the remaining green onion and dill, and then season with salt and pepper, to taste.

For the parcels intended for adults, we add a third of the amount of wine, which will enhance the flavors and bring a sophisticated note to the dish.

We close the parcels well, being careful not to leave any air inside, and optionally, we can wrap them in aluminum foil for extra protection. We place the parcels on a baking tray and put them in the preheated oven. We bake at a medium temperature for 25-30 minutes; if using only one layer of foil, the baking time will be about 15 minutes.

After the baking time has expired, we take the parcels out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Then, we carefully unwrap the parcels and pour the contents onto a plate. The dish is now ready to be enjoyed, offering a pleasant way to cook fish, full of delicious flavors and textures.
