We start by preparing the necessary ingredients for this delicious recipe. In a pot, we bring water to a boil, placing a sieve on top, where we will carefully place the four florets of broccoli. We cover the broccoli with a domed glass lid so that the steam accumulates and helps cook the vegetables evenly. This steam will penetrate and preserve the vibrant color of the broccoli, as well as the essential nutrients.

While the broccoli is steaming, we take care of the egg mixture. We crack two eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a whisk or fork until we achieve a homogeneous composition. We add grated cheese and cheese, mixing well to incorporate them. Then, we use a small grater to grate two cloves of garlic, adding them to the egg mixture. The aroma of the garlic will give a special flavor and transform the simple combination into an extraordinary dish.

Now, we take the four slices of bread and dip them into this mixture of eggs, cheese, and garlic, making sure they are well covered. After that, we sprinkle each slice with a mixture of mushrooms and greens from Kotanyi, which will add a rich flavor and an interesting texture.

Next, we prepare a frying pan, to which we add four tablespoons of butter, letting it melt and heat well. When the butter is hot, we carefully place the slices of bread to brown them evenly on both sides. The golden color will indicate that they are ready. After they have browned, we remove them and place them on an absorbent paper towel to eliminate excess butter.

Once the slices of bread are ready, we arrange them on a white plate, giving them an appetizing appearance. On top of each slice, we place a round slice of fresh tomato, which will add freshness and a contrast of textures. On each tomato, we carefully place a steamed broccoli floret, which will bring additional vitamins and color to the dish.

To complete this culinary feast, we drizzle a little melted butter over the broccoli and tomatoes, and finally, we generously grate Parmesan or cheese on top for an intense and savory flavor.
