For this delicious pork and vegetable drob recipe, we invite you to start by preparing all the necessary ingredients. First, take 2 carrots and boil them in a pot of water until they become soft, about 15-20 minutes. Once boiled, remove them from the water, let them cool, and then chop them into small cubes. In the same pot, boil two eggs until hard, then let them cool and slice them.

Meanwhile, prepare the broccoli florets, which you will boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Make sure they are soft, but do not overboil, as you want to keep a crunchy texture. After boiling, remove them and let them cool. They will add a touch of freshness and color to the final dish.

In a pan, chop the pork meat and sauté it for 15 minutes until golden and fragrant. Add finely chopped green onions and continue to sauté the mixture together for another 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Meanwhile, prepare the liver and kidney, which you will boil for 50-60 minutes, being careful to remove the foam that forms on the surface. Once boiled, cool them down and chop them finely.

In a small pot, add the chopped liver and kidney, milk, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, so the mixture absorbs the milk and the flavors combine.

In a larger bowl, add the sautéed pork with onions, the chopped liver and kidney, the carrot cubes, the 4 egg yolks, salt and pepper to taste, as well as finely chopped parsley. Gently mix, being careful not to crush the ingredients too much. Finally, fold in the 4 beaten egg whites, which will give the dish a fluffy texture, and add the broccoli florets broken into strips.

Prepare the greased muffin molds dusted with flour. Fill each nest with the drob mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed. On top of each muffin, place a slice of boiled egg, which will add a touch of refinement. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until they are golden and nicely browned. This tasty dish will surely become a favorite at the table, perfect for any occasion.
