Get ready for a cooking experience full of flavor and satisfaction.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Chilling time: 8 hours (or overnight)
Number of servings: 6 biscuits

Ingredients needed:

*For the biscuit base:*
- 80 g plain biscuits (you can use digestive biscuits or Petit Beurre)
- 40 g butter (preferably unsalted, melted)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (for an intense chocolate flavor)

*For the chocolate cream:*
- 100 g milk chocolate (or dark chocolate for a more intense taste)
- 25 g butter (same type as above)
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 10 g gelatin (preferably sheet gelatin)
- 3 tablespoons milk (to help create a smooth texture)

Step by step for a perfect result:

1. Preparing the biscuit base:
Start by crushing the biscuits. Use a rolling pin to turn them into fine crumbs or put them in a plastic bag and crush them with a meat mallet. This is a fun activity that can also be an opportunity to relieve stress! Once you have crushed the biscuits, transfer them to a large bowl.

Add 40 g of melted and cooled butter (the butter should be warm, not hot) and one tablespoon of cocoa. Mix well, ensuring that the butter evenly coats all the biscuit crumbs.

2. Shaping the base:
Line a muffin tin with plastic wrap so that you can easily remove the biscuits after they have cooled. Take the biscuit mixture and, using a spoon, firmly press the mixture into each cavity of the tin, creating an even base. This will give the biscuits a stable structure, so don’t skip this step!

Once finished, place the tin in the fridge to set while you prepare the chocolate cream.

3. Preparing the chocolate cream:
In a bowl, add 100 g of milk chocolate, 25 g of butter, and 3 tablespoons of milk. Melt all the ingredients in the microwave, in bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between, until everything is well combined and smooth. It is essential not to overheat the mixture, so be careful and check frequently.

4. Adding the gelatin:
Meanwhile, place the gelatin in a small bowl and add 3 tablespoons of cold water. Let it hydrate for 5-10 minutes. Then, place the gelatin over a double boiler or in a small bowl on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly until it becomes liquid.

Add the melted gelatin to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently to incorporate it perfectly. Then, add the liquid cream and mix gently but constantly until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

5. Assembling the biscuits:
Remove the tin from the fridge and carefully pour the chocolate cream over the biscuit base. Make sure to distribute the cream evenly so that each biscuit is full of flavor.

Once finished, place the tin back in the fridge, where the biscuits will need to chill and set for at least 8 hours (ideally, leave them overnight).

6. Serving:
After the 8 hours have passed, remove the biscuits from the tin using the plastic wrap. Cut each biscuit into portions and, if desired, you can glaze them with extra chocolate or dust them with cocoa for an elegant appearance.

Useful tips:
- If you want to add a hint of flavor, try adding a little vanilla or coffee essence to the chocolate cream.
- These biscuits can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days, so they are excellent for preparing in advance.
- Serve them alongside a scoop of ice cream or a fragrant coffee to create a perfect combination!

Nutritional information:
